Inspire is a multidisciplinary team that develops creativity and improvisation to envisage and build new sustainable ways of living and working together. We use collective art making and creativity exercises to bring together important values, practices and ideas from business, science and society. We teach a range of arts-based and arts-inspired processes and techniques that will increase the creative and innovative capacities of your organisation.
We approach our work with different private organisations and businesses as a creative mission and artistic journey towards cultural development and change. We are based in Konstanz in the south of Germany.
Our offer :
Workshops for private organisations and businesses. Designed for groups of between 10 and 30 people.
1. Inspiration burst (90 mins) In this short and sweet introduction to the power of inspiration, we take groups on a journey into looking at who we (you) are and what we (you) are doing from a new perspective. Contains two creativity exercises.
2. Inspire your team (Half day / 3.5 hrs) In this workshop we facilitate a “creativity battle” where teams will come up with an exhibition concept, create artworks and communicate the curatorial philosophy to the group.
3. Day of inspiration (Full day / 6hrs) This full day of inspiration looks at how art and artists can offer new and innovative ways of working together. Following the theoretical input and creativity exercises from the morning sessions, we will form groups and develop new art movements for the 21st century.
3. Inspirational weekend (2 days : groups stay over night) In this deluxe creativity live-in workshop we will invite 2 additional inspirational artists to work with us to develop new and innovative ways of working and thinking together. Participants will be introduced to a few important concepts from art history with the goal to create an “aesthetic vision” that is both deeply personal and that can be shared and implemented in a group context.
